NET degradation by DNase I in vitro.

After 180 minutes of neutrophil-Aspergillus co-incubation a well established NET is visible. At the beginning of the movie (0 min) DNase I was added to the medium. At 7 minutes digestion of the NET started and was finished (no NET structure detectable) by 9.5 minutes into the experiment. Indicated is a scale bar and real time in minutes.
