2nd Roundtable Series on Antimicrobial Resistance:The economic, societal and human cost of antimicrobial resistance

The BSAC 2016 Roundtable Series on Antimicrobial Resistance will examine the economic, societal and human impact of antimicrobial resistance and look at the vital role of education in minimising this.

The events are aimed at healthcare professionals, policy makers, scientists, researchers, educators, commercial sector partners amongst others and will examine topics such as the macroeconomic impact of resistance, the true burden of communicable disease and ask if we can really change the upward trajectory of antimicrobial resistance.
