it: Research Position: MANAGEMENT of INVASIVE FUNGAL INFECTION (IFI) IN PATIENTS WITH BLOOD DISEASES [Duties: Invasive Fungal Infections (IFI) in hematology patients are defined by the risk of the patient which is influenced by different variables. Although most of these variables are known, the real individualized determination of actual risk is difficult to be defined, especially in those populations with a low prevalence of opportunistic infections, such as in patients with lymphoma or myeloma for whom the use of a broad-spectrum antifungal prophylaxis is not indicated. Rather, the antifungal prophylaxis has to be reserved only for patients who have a real risk; Using the risk score for IFI realized in Hematology and recently recalibrated, called " Boscore 2018" , we are now able to separate high-risk patients from those at low risk of developin... | Minimum Requirements: to apply for research grants fill out the form available at the following address: https://www.aricweb.unibo.it/BandiPubblicati/zz_Bandi_din.aspx] / Università di Bologna; Bologna, Emilia-Romagna, Italy / deadline September 23
