We have now added biosynthetic pathways for Asp. fumigatus, A. nidulans, A. terreus, A. oryzae, A. flavus, A. clavatus and Neosartorya fischeri. The genomes have been mapped to a metabolic pathway database.
This resource shows hundreds of pathways which can be viewed at a variety of resolutions. Some pathways have been manually curated (Tuckwell et.al., 2010) but most are automatically annotated using PC Tools software.
