Abstract:

The incidence of dermatic diseases caused by fungi or their viability production is increased in the past years. The examination of 27 patients with suspected allergy to fungi has been carried out. 17 of then had chronic bronchitis, 10 - atopic type of bronchial asthma. Combined dermatic pathology was determined in all the patients as follows: 17 patients have exzeme, 10 ones allergodermatitis. Clinical mycological, allergological investigation has been performed. Fungi species Candida sp. in bronchial irrigated water stated to be in 1 1 of 17 patients with bronchitis. Allergic examination of patients with exzema revealed 5 subjects with allergy to fungi species Alternaria, 4 ones Aspergillus fum., 7 ones - Cand. alb. Mixture of domestic molds stated to be in 1 1 subjects, mixture of external molds - in 10 ones. Tests with allergens of fungus species Alternaria were positive in 7 patients with allergodermatitis, Cladosporium - in 4, Mucor sp. in 10, mixture of doemstic molds - in 10 patients with dermatic pathological process that has extensive chronic inflammatory character. Thus, results of our observations exhibited sensibilization of patients with pathology of respiratory organs to fungi that in one's turn aggravates dermatic process.
