dk: 2 laboratory technicians in high-throughput screening and automation and molecular biology [5 y | Duties: Your primary role will be to complement the current Fermentation core team within the high-throughput screening, micro-fermentation and automation lab. You are expected to conduct experiments, to assist “in-house” researchers as well as external platform customers, and in addition implementing and developing of novel high-throughput methodologies for speeding up the design, engineering and screening of superior microbial cell factories | Minimum Requirements: Our ideal candidate has several of the following skills: Experience with liquid handling robots and automation (e.g. HAMILTON, Tecan EVO, or similar) and HPLC; Microbial physiology and molecular biology of microbial strains (previous experience within bacteria and fungal strains is a must, and previous work with non-conventional yeasts is a plus); State-of-the-art molecular cloning techniques for fungi and/or bacteria; Fermentation technology; We expect that you are an efficient team worker, have good communication skills, and a good team work spirit.
