Abstract:

CADRE is a public resource for housing and analysinggenomic data extracted from species ofAspergillus. It arose to enable maintenance of thecomplete annotated genomic sequence ofAspergillus fumigatus and to provide tools forsearching, analysing and visualizing features offungal genomes. By implementing CADRE usingEnsembl, a framework is in place for storing andcomparing several genomes: the resource will thusexpand by including other Aspergillus genomes(such as Aspergillus nidulans) as they becomeavailable. CADRE is accessible at http://www.cadre.man.ac.uk.
