Abstract:

No abstract. First paragraph: Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis(ABPA), a disease of the asthmatics, iscaused principally by hypersensitivity to Aspergillus fumigatus. ABPA is rarelythought of in the absence of asthma, as this is the first criterion for diagnosis. We report a 28-yearold male referred to us as ‘multidrug-resistant tuberculosis’, who was eventually diagnosed as ABPA without clinical asthma caused by A. niger.
