Aspergillus metabolic pathways

Aspergillus Genomes is a resource for viewing annotated genes arising from various Aspergillus sequencing and annotation projects. Maintenance of this resource is a joint undertaking by CADRE and the Aspergillus Website. Housed genomes, therefore, benefit from extensive cross-linking with medical information to create a unique resource spanning genomics and clinical aspects of the genus. [more info]

Nomenclature proposal

Metabolic Pathway Database

We have now added biosynthetic pathways for Asp. fumigatus, A. nidulans, A. terreus and Neosartorya fischeri. The genomes have been mapped to a metabolic pathway database.

This resource shows hundreds of pathways which can be viewed at a variety of resolutions. Some pathways have been manually curated (Tuckwell et.al., 2010) but most are automatically annotated using PC Tools software.
