Aspergillus Genomes is a resource for viewing annotated genes arising from various Aspergillus sequencing and annotation projects. Maintenance of this resource is a joint undertaking by CADRE and the Aspergillus Website. Housed genomes, therefore, benefit from extensive cross-linking with medical information to create a unique resource spanning genomics and clinical aspects of the genus. [more info]

A new complete Aspergillus oryzae genome is now available in Genbank

CBS-KNAWFUNGAL BIODIVERSITY CENTRE Research Project - participation needed. Please read "Invitation to join the JGI Aspergillus comparative genome project''

The following genomes are hosted and we have now added biosynthetic pathways for Asp. fumigatus. The Af293 genome has been mapped to a metabolic pathway database (Tuckwell et.al., 2010).
