Patient's aspergillosis and the room

Sometimes I have a patient who is admitted to a room that had been previously occupied by other patient with pulmonary aspergillosis. I wonder, should I take any especial care of the room before we admit the new patient? Can a patient with aspergillosis contaminate the environment? In case the room has HEPA filters, does it make any difference?
