Multiple thin-walled ‘cysts’ visible in the left lower lobe, partly behind the heart and visible through the stomach air bubble

Greater prominence of the ‘cysts’ in the left lower lobe, with some enlargement and thickening of the wall. Possible appearance of another ‘cyst’ in the right lower lobe.

Obvious enlargement and greater wall thickness of the ‘cysts’ in the left lower lobe, one with some fluid within it, with less evidence of a ‘cyst’ in the right lower lobe.

Interval enlargement of the 2 largest and most prominent cavitary lesions in the left lower lobe, with thicker walls and possibly containing some fluid. Probable development of a new cavitary lesion in the right lower lobe, just behind the diaphragm.
